Erich is a seasoned sales expert with more than 30 years experience in sales and sales management.

During this period, he learnt how to win customers and to be successful in different markets, whether these were new customers or existing ones, or from large enterprises or the small to medium market segment.

During this sales journey, he learned, implemented and employed several different sales methodologies and different go-to-market models like direct sales or indirect sales.

As a channel enabler, he created and developed tailored enablement programs for SAP partners with one focus - to increase channel sales performance.

Erich held several sales positions as team lead, manager, channel developer and enabler – continuously applying coaching as a sales enablement method. During this time, he coached sales and presales executives in every stage of the sales cycle.

From this experience, Erich developed the idea of a process oriented sales coaching solution which is scalable and standardized as well as performance and results oriented.

His vision as an innovator is to develop a sales intelligence base to support sales people in their day-to-day business and enable them to be more effective.

Erich holds a diploma from the Jelinek Academy of Coaching, Vienna.

Furthermore, he is a world certified master professional in the role of senior sales director(  ).
