With BPT’s sales performance coaching solution, SAP partners worldwide are coached to increase their sales performance and sales capabilities.

Tour through a coaching session:

  • Register yourself in the sales coaching portal (www.bp-team.com)
  • Arrange your sales coaching appointment (on-line)
  • Qualifiy your sales lead for coaching (Assessment)
  • Start your coaching session via web, one-on-one (60 minutes)
  • Explain your expectations and set your goal for this coaching session
  • Agree on sales status
  • Explore the situation while being guided and coached
  • Let yourself be guided by the coach through a phase of the sales cycle. Coaching questions support with developing multiple solutions and encourage you to think outside the box
  • Evaluate the risk of the current topic (low = positive influence on probability to win, high = negative influence on probability to win)
  • Receive support to make a decisive choice for a certain course of action
  • Decide on and commit to actions to be done until next coaching session
  • Arrange appointment for next coaching session (not mandatory)
  • Provide feedback by answering a survey (click in boxes, max 2 minutes)
  • Receive report which is automatically generated from your coaching sessions
