Deal Coaching

Deal Coaching is a deal-centric, online coaching service which uses the Best Performance application to support a structured process

During the coaching session, the performance coach leads your account executive through key areas and topics which are relevant for closing a specific sales stage. To initiate a structured discussion, the performance coach uses a pool of coaching questions which are available in the Best Performance application.

After a topic has been finished, your account executive is asked to evaluate current risk. The risk status is then aggregated along the sales cycle. Hence, the current risk level is always available at one glance.

During the discussion of a key area, actions to be taken by the account executive may be defined. These actions are tracked by status and followed-up in the next session.
