Deal Rescue Coaching

If a sales cycle goes out of control or some unexpected change occurs, sales teams from partners or SAP can request emergency performance coaching.

Depending on the overall situation in such deals, BPT has the capacity to identify the best „option“(type of coach) to handle this emergency situation.

The process will start with the assessment of the situation to identify escalation reasons, probability to win and influencing factors. To provide the deal rescuer with the opportunity to leverage bundled sales know-how and experiences, he/she can virtually address the BPT coaching experts sounding board. Hence, the deal rescuer gathers additional opinions, ideas and best practices to decide on the best winning strategy for this deal. The BPT coaching experts sounding board will also be available for short deal progress reviews.
